Text errors found on orders after a final proof has been approved are considered customer proofing errors. Errors of this nature, which are not brought to our attention BEFORE production is completed, are ultimately the fault of the customer and reprints will be billed as such. Examples of these errors are:
- omissions (missing data or punctuation)
- incorrect text
If, your printed product does not match your final, customer approved, proof please email us at [email protected]. An error of this nature would be considered a defect and a replacement order will be processed immediately.
