Custom orders are a large part of our business.  Many of the designs you see on our site began as a custom design requested by a Toluka Paper client.  If you would like us to design something special for you, please fill out the form below and we will contact you for a custom consultation. 

The Custom Order Process

  • Submit form below.
  • Toluka Paper will contact you to discuss your thoughts, ideas, and criteria for your order.
  •  2-3 design samples will be created and emailed as .PDF files for your review.
  • You may then choose one 'as is', or you may change details (colors, fonts, size, shape, layout, etc) and/or mix and match design elements from any of the samples to create your next round of samples. Two rounds of design samples are provided for each order. If additional samples are required, additional fees will be applied.
  • Once a final sample is agreed upon, written approval by the client (a signed Customer Proof Approval form) must be sent to Toluka Paper via email. Email approvals should be sent to [email protected].

Timing of Custom Orders

Orders requiring a consultation, take an average of 7 business days for the initial sample creation and proofing process.  This process may take longer if multiple revisions are needed or proof(s) are not approved/returned to Toluka Paper quickly.
