Order Processing:

All order placements are followed up with an email confirming your Toluka Paper order.  If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation, please email us at [email protected]

Items ordered from the website typically take 3 - 5 business days to ship.  If you have requested a proof, your order will ship 3 - 5 days after we have received your final proof approval.

If you need to place a RUSH order, please contact us at [email protected]. RUSH fees will be applied. RUSH orders will only be accepted during times when product integrity and order processing timeliness of current Toluka orders will not be compromised.

Shipping:

We support the United State Postal Service!

All orders are shipped via trackable USPS Priority Mail.  If you prefer another method, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to change your shipping method.  Shipping change requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your initial order.
